Orders shipped from the Netherlands -rest of the world (outside the EU): Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s customs regulations. These are standard and set by your local authorities. If required, your local courier will contact you directly to arrange payment before delivery. For international orders leaving the Netherlands, it’s normal for tracking to pause briefly while your parcel clears customs in the destination country.
