30-Day Trial & Returns

We want you to have the best experience with our products, so we offer a 30-day trial period to see if the belt truly benefits you. During this time, you can use the belt to determine if it fits you right! The 30-day trial period begins from the day your order is delivered.

We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The items were purchased via the official My Obi store.
  • The items must be returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories, in perfect condition.
  • The items are safely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Please note: Refunds can only be processed if all the above conditions are met.

Please note that any costs incurred apart from the product itself — such as (return) shipping fees, credit-card processing fees, and return-handling costs — will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact our support team before sending your return to receive the correct instructions.

Processing Times for Returns

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return is received at our warehouse, you’ll receive an automated email acknowledging its receipt. Our Customer Service team will then process your refund or exchange request immediately. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Returns sent without duties or taxes paid (if applicable) cannot be accepted.

Please retain proof of postage receipts until your refund or exchange is completed to ensure a smooth process.

I Believe I Received a Faulty Product.

If you suspect your product is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@myobistore.com with your name, order number, and a clear description. To help us resolve the matter quickly, we kindly ask that you include photos and, if possible, a brief video demonstrating the issue. This allows us to assess the problem better and support you as quickly as possible. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll provide you with a free replacement.

My Order Was Sent Back to the Sender.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, we can provide a replacement. However, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. Alternatively, we can process a refund minus the original delivery cost.

If the return was caused by an error on our part or a mistake by the carrier, we’ll make sure to send out a replacement free of charge.

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or because it was not collected in time, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a refund until the parcel has been received back at our warehouse. In such cases, all shipping and return costs incurred will be deducted from your refund, along with an additional €25 handling fee.
