This is quite a good product, it does help reduce pain and it is very handy to have on the go.
If possible I’d suggest making it a bit more accessible by lowering the price and also ensuring signature is required upon delivery. Because my package was just left at my door for anyone to steal

Happy but there are some issues

Overall, I am super happy with my Obi and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. However, there are a few things I would consider if I was buying a new one. First, I really really wish I had purchased the model with the remote - at the time of ordering I didn’t really give it much thought, but after having used my model which does not have a remote I am super regretful I didn’t choose that option because it’s really a pain to have to constantly turn your machine back on (since it turns off after 30 min of use on the heat and 15 min of use on the TENS setting). It’s especially difficult when you’re using it on your back, you essentially have to twist it around and reset it via the buttons and when I’m out and about that completely negates its discreet design. I will say though that when I’m wearing it you can barely tell, so that’s a great feature. The other complaint I have is that within a few wears the strap has already started to fall apart, which I’m super disappointed about. I would have expected the construction to be quite strong but more than half the stitching has come out, so I will need to resew it myself. Overall it delivers fantastically on its intended purposes but there are definitely some design and construction drawbacks with the older models.
