I use this everyday, even at night, and it helps me a lot with pain management. I love the adjustable settings, especially for the heat, as I can set them accordingly to my pain levels.

My MyObi has been a LIFESAVER. I’m not the biggest fan of the tens unit, but I don’t think I’ve figured out what works best for me yet. I mainly use the heat and it lasts about 2:30-3:00 hours on a mix between level 1 and 2. I feel like I’ve gotten part of my life back while using it. I’ve been in a continuous flare up with my endometriosis for the past two weeks and wouldn’t have been able to do half the things that I’ve done without it. With other heat devices like heating pads, hot water bottles, warmers, hot hands, etc. I always feel the heat dissipate while I’m using it and I’ll have to shift it around some, but I don’t have that problem with MyObi. The timer function can get annoying at times, but if it does accidentally turn off, the heat function warms up very quickly! I’m sure some of the other options last longer, but the combination of red light, heat, and tens really sold me on this one. The remote is another thing that turned out to be really beneficial. With other models I feel like i might be embarrassed to pull up my shirt or dress to adjust settings, so I’m really glad that’s not something I have to worry about. Overall, I would definitely buy it again if need be. If I lost it, the first thing I would do is purchase another.
I have pain whenever I eat due to Gastroparesis, but wearing this before and after meals really helps. My only complaints are sometimes the tens function doesn't work till you turn it off and on again, and I wish there was an even softer tens setting as sometimes it can be to painful even on the lowest setting
I was diagnosed early this year with pelvic floor dysfunction and possibly PCOS so 2 weeks out of my cycle I have debilitating low back pain and the heat and TENS has been a LIFESAVER! I’m not couch bound and I can bring it with me to be able to go out and do things all day - I took it with me to the 2025 MSI competition and it was perfect :) super recommend
I have endometriosis and when I have flare ups I am typically out for the count laying in a fetal position. My obi has been the only relief that helps with the pain where it is manageable enough to be able to continue to run errands. Happy with my purchase!
Honestly this heat pad works so well. I love it. It is the only thing that takes my endo pain away. I like the fact it has red light therapy as well
My Obi has allowed me to live a more pain free life. Some days pain from endometriosis stopped me from doing just about everything but I've been able to get through the pain days without giving up my whole life since using my Obi. I love every aspect of this tool, the heat, TENS, and red light therapy 👌
This product is a major game player on my flare days, which unfortunately are more often than not while waiting for my endometriosis excision. The red light therapy and heat is so soothing along with the TENS therapy. Apollo 2 has provided me significant relief when I didn't think any would come. 💛
The belt and pad are comfortable to wear and I love the various pulses to choose from to suit the pain. The heat and tens combination is a game changer! Great relief, however if you move and the pad lifts slightly you get a bit of a shock and have to turn off and readjust to start again. Must have if you suffer from endometriosis pains though!
This device is worth every dollar. I was able to enjoy my vacation with this aid and am able to get out of the house more.
Love this, the device is very easy to use and provides relief! The TENS is very a strong. You definitely need to wet the skin first to us it.
I would make a couple changes including: adding a way to attach the remote to the belt, allowing you to turn on the infrared without heat, increasing the time limits, and also the +/- seem to be in reverse order.
I’ve only used it for a few days. I like it so far and I think it helped with my period cramps but I have also tried a new pain medication so I can’t tell which helped more. The battery should last longer and I would like it more if I didn’t have to unbutton my pants at work to turn it on. I think you should change the auto shut off timer to at least 40 mins or 1 hour.

I purchased this after having issues with recovery after surgery. It has helped so much with pain and inflammation- I even use it on my hip when having issues with pain. I highly recommend for other Endo warriors!
I can finally walk with less pain with my endometriosis and adenomyosis thanks to OBI! The first 2 weeks I was painfree, but I think my body is getting used to it. I also have to be careful that I don’t overdo things with my OBI on, cause when i take it off to sleep the pain will come back worse. But I finally don’t have to cancel my plans all the time, I’m so thankful.
If you wear it everyday for weeks you can get irritated skin, so you really have to take enough breaks. The remote only goes up to 30 minutes and i constantly lose it or push buttons in my pocket which is inconvenient. Overall i would 100% buy it again and again.

Quick tip — applying a bit of conductive gel can add extra comfort, especially during longer sessions. And if the remote has been tricky, our regular Apollo model might be a better fit since it doesn’t require one.

I have used this product when sudden severe attacks have come on and it has provided so much relief! I can wear the Apollo 2.0 under my work uniform which means I can now have tens and heat going at the same time! Such a life saver for me!
I couldn’t be happier with both the apollo 2.0 and the artemis 2.0 ! I have endometriosis and these help me cope with the pain better than i have been able to before. I also have a TENS machine i got from the hospital, but the myobi apollo is absolutely superior! Customer support is also amazing <3
I use OBI for my chronic endometriosis pain and it truly has been such a game changer. My favorite feature is being able to have TENS and heat at the same time🙌🏻 The device is slim and discreet under clothing so I can wear it anywhere- work, home, errands, you name it.
I have had my first my obi for a while now, and I have used it many times. Usually just the TENS part during workdays so it lasts until the end of the workday, and it works well. I do like the warmth function, also in combination with the TENS, but the battery lasts for about 3 to 4 hours if I use both at the same time. Because of that I bought a second Apollo 2.0 to be able to switch them if the battery runs out. Sometimes the TENS function does't work when I turn it on, even after I moistened the pads, but usually if i turn both the remote and the my obi off for a bit and then on again it works great again. For me it really was worth the cost
I love this portable heating pad!! I love that it has 3 options for stim and 3 options for heat. It gets really, really hot too which is nice when I’m in endometriosis pain or stomach or back pain.
